Whisky

Home of the Dewar family, no trip to Dupplin Estate would be complete without a tour at Dewar’s World of Whisky in Aberfeldy where it all started. Discover the history John Dewar, the first man to come up with the idea for bottling whisky and taste one of the world’s finest whiskys.

Golf

The Earn River cottage is centrally located to enjoy Scotland’s most famous golf courses: Gleneagles championship courses are only 15 mins away and both St Andrews Old Course and The Carnoustie Open Championship Course can be reached within an hour. Other local courses like Dunning and Craigie Hill are reached in less than 20 minutes

Castles & Gardens

Visit Scone palace and gardens (17 min) : The crowning place of Scottish kings and original home of the “Stone of Destiny” . Stirling castle (35 min), Drummond Castle gardens, Glamis and Elcho Castle are all within easy reach
